The Boss And The Beeston Street Live at The Parish, Huddersfield Friday, 25 March 2022 12PM
Full Band, Springsteen Hits
The Beeston Street Band delivered another electrifying performance, this time with a 25-song masterclass that captured the heart and soul of Springsteen’s catalogue. With every note, they brought Bruce’s timeless stories of love, hope, and resilience to life, leaving the crowd on a euphoric high. The show opened on a poignant note with the Tracks version of The Promise, setting the stage for a journey through Springsteen’s career. From the anthemic The Rising to the celebratory energy of Mary’s Place and the driving urgency of Prove It All Night, the band had the crowd hooked from the start. The night was packed with highlights: 41 Shots was performed with haunting intensity, while Because the Night brought a surge of raw emotion. The dynamic Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out turned the room into a party, and Backstreets delivered a powerful moment of introspection. The band’s signature energy carried through to the final act, with the audience roaring along to Born to Run, Rosalita, and Dancing in the Dark. To close, a solo rendition of This Hard Land left everyone in quiet awe—a touching reminder of Springsteen’s gift for intimate storytelling. With passionate performances and a setlist that struck the perfect balance of classics and deep cuts, the Beeston Street Band once again showed why they’re the ultimate Springsteen experience. If you weren’t there, you missed a night of magic—but the promise is they’ll be back. Miami Chris's last gig with the band, we will miss you.
